Miley Ray Cyrus is the daughter of Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus. She was born on November 23, 1993 in Franklin, Tennessee. Cyrus has appeared in Hannah Montana (2006) and The Last Song (2010) along with Demi Moore, went on to different roles.
